They had to order my new car and that occurred is short order. I absolutely hate Doc Fees, but their willingness to negotiate made the purchase price acceptable. My wife and I have not had any issues with their service department, other than they can be busy at times. My suggestion is to call ahead and see what the wait times are of oil changes. More

Brad handled our financing and even called us back on Monday to say no other rate came back any lower than the great rate we got. More

Very knowledgeable and did his best to get the best deal for me. I will certainly be buying all of my vehicles from him for now on. We requested Simon Guffey again because of the tremendous job he did the first time. He was informative, helpful, and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to get us the best deal possible. Steven Hadden worked very hard to get a payment we could afford. Between the fantastic service and low prices, we refuse to go anywhere else. More
Done with Honda I honestly don't know if this falls under sales or service. All in all, I'm done with Economy Honda and done with Honda period. I purchased a certified used 2011 Honda Pilot in November 2014. My wife and I loved the until this month (May 2014). We took the vehicle in for service and 2 hours later we had to take it back because the alternator went out. We were frustrated, but didn't dwell on it because the car was still under warranty. However, we didn't understand how Economy Honda claims to do a 39 point inspection and yet they missed the alternator. We were told that the vehicle was good to go and shouldn't have any more issues. That didn't last two weeks. My wife drove the Pilot to Florida with my mother and two friends. Their vacation came to an end when the Pilot's engine light came on along with the VSA light. They immediately drove to the nearest Honda dealership only to find out that the vehicle needs new pistons. Again, how did Economy miss this since they claimed to do a 39 point inspection. Imagine my frustration (to put it nicely) to know that my wife and mother are 9 hours away and stuck in their hotel because the vehicle we purchased 6 months is in the shop after we just paid $245 for service. Depending on how bad the damage is, they might have to pay for another night in their hotel and their vacation has been cut short because they no longer have transportation to get anywhere unless they pay for cab. The worse part of all is this is the second time we've had issues with a Honda. We purchased a Honda CRV and had to change rotors, brakes, windshield wipers, battery, and AC - which failed 5,000 miles after the warranty ended all within the first 3 years of ownership and we NEVER missed a scheduled service. We WERE loving the Pilot so much that I had already given the sales guy my information because we were going to trade my car in to get the 2016 Honda Pilot. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me a third time and I must be the fool. I will be taking my business else where...after the warranty ends of course. More

He wasn't pushy but answered all of our questions and knew the vehicles very well. The sales manager was very polite an also answered our questions to our satisfaction. The finance manager did a great job in explaining all of the things that were available to us and wasn't pushy trying to get us to buy what we didn't want. This is the third Pilot that we have bought from Economy Honda and have been very pleased with each purchase. More
GAP Easy Care Cancellation Problems. I have been trying to get a refund from this dealer and they never answer, never return my calls, and apparently, never check their voice mail!!! It is ridiculous that a dealer is so irresponsible when they need to refund something. I will have to go personally and talk to them, hopefully they don't hide in their offices too. I have even considered getting legal advise on this issue since they obviously are not doing anything about it. More
