I was pleased then and have driven my car for almost 9 years and I think I might cry when I sell it. I bought a 2015 Accord Sport Sedan Friday and I was just as pleased as I was back in 2006! Same friendly staff. Ease of purchase. I had a friend drop me off and I was in and our in about an 1.5 hours. Jared Haas was the salesperson and he was great. Did an exceptional job and provided fantastic information. Steve was the person I dealt with in the loan department and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He took the time to explain all the warranties and was eager to answer any questions I had. This dealership was very impressive, once again, and I expect I'll be back one day to buy my third Honda! When I bought my 2007 Honda, a friend and fellow Honda owner told me I would never drive anything else. I think she's going to be spot on! More

Worst experience ever I'll start by saying this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have been looking for a specific car for sometime. I finally I'll start by saying this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have been looking for a specific car for sometime. I finally found the car on Economy Hondas website. I contacted Kara in esales as soon as the dealership opened. I asked about the condition of the car and if it was available. I live two hours away and would have to take a day off of work so I wanted to make sure everything was in good condition before I drove out. Kara reported that the cars notes said it was in good shape. I asked if she could take a look at it and let me know of any major damage if there was any. She said she would be happy too. Soon after I received a call saying she had walked down and checked it out and everything was perfect. She also said she would keep an eye on the car and let me know if it was sold before I could get there. So I drove the two hours to the dealership. Once I arrived I was greeted nicely by Harold Blackstock. He and I went out to look the car over and test drive it. Imagine my surprise when we couldn't find it. It turns out it had a problem and needed work done. But things get interesting here. It turns out that the car had been at another dealership for three weeks awaiting repairs. So it's impossible that Kara could have checked the car over. I was upset at this point but willing to hear an explanation . So Harold and I go back to talk to Robert Graham the sales manager. From the moment Robert came out he was arrogant and unapologetic. He even seem to try to be intimidating. In the end he basically said tough luck and that if I didn't buy it he wasn't worried. He defended Kara saying she looked at a different car. Even though they were two different models and one black and the other was white. His only suggestion was I put down a non refundable deposit on a non running car to hold it until it was fixed. Harold was great but everyone else in this placed lied to me and treated me like trash. After all of this the manager did not even apologize. I would never consider going back to this place. The staff is so unprofessional and arrogant. Avoid this place at all cost. More
Thank you Craig for my New Honday Odyssey! We have been reviewing 2015 vs 2016 and shopping for months for our second Odyssey. Locally our Honda dealership had a very low inventory of Odysseys We have been reviewing 2015 vs 2016 and shopping for months for our second Odyssey. Locally our Honda dealership had a very low inventory of Odysseys. We then traveled to a neighboring city which had a similar Odyssey. We were waiting for the salesman to come to an agreement on trade-in and sale price when I discovered that your dealership had a much greater deal than the current dealership via your website. To our "advantage", no agreement was met and we then left and headed your way from Rome to Chattanooga. While in route, your e-sales team was extremely helpful and a great delight to speak with. Upon arrival, we were greeted multiple times to see if anyone was helping us. We landed with Craig and he was GREAT. So many dealerships had very little knowledge of the 2016 Odysseys but yours was spot on in knowledge AND excitement of the product itself-both 2015 and 2016. Craig worked hard to get us the deal we needed and to close us out with the finance department. To add to my experience, I LOVED seeing a true "team" of salesmen who were excited over each other success. You can see they truly worked well with each other. Let alone, you get to ring the "bell" that hangs by the exit door if you were happy. That was a happy moment to ring the bell and hear the APPLAUSE of the salesmen over my experience. Will DEFINITELY recommend them and return one day to buy another Odyssey. Go check them out! Their grrrrrrreat! More
