I was paired up with David Haynes who did an exceptional job showing us the inventory and explaining the available incentives. There was no excessive selling pressure and overall was a great car-buying experience. I went looking for a certified used care but ended up purchasing a new car because of the exceptional holiday incentives. Take advantage of the accessories available the day of purchase such as all-weather floor mats. More

If I didn't like a particular vehicle, he would suggest something else that I may like. If I had a question he would answer to the best of his knowledge or ask someone else if he didn't know. He is very polite, personable, and is willing to help anybody. Economy Honda has a great team. Thank you Eric. I'm still loving my Honda Fit. More
FRESH LEMONS OFF THE TRUCK If you are looking to purchase i lemon, NOW is the time to do it. i recently traded in my civic from a jeep, my civic was 100% sound, the jeep not so If you are looking to purchase i lemon, NOW is the time to do it. i recently traded in my civic from a jeep, my civic was 100% sound, the jeep not so much, has issues staring sometimes, it leaks water on to everyone located in the seating, it pops bangs rattles whistles, etc. i have already dumped alot of money into this vehicle and foresee alot more in the future, buyers beware if you have an issue you cannot locate a manager anywhere you can try to leave three messages but shannon "the gm" will not call you back. wouldnt have mattered anyway right? "its a jeep thing" , what a sorry company, and we will not be returning to get any of our cars serviced there, even our 2015 we just purchased. More

" Another great buying experience" 12-4-1015 This purchase of a 2016 EX-L AWD is our third new vehicle purchased from Economy since 2008. We keep coming back because we are treated like family. This purchase of a 2016 EX-L AWD is our third new vehicle purchased from Economy since 2008. We keep coming back because we are treated like family. Jared Haas helped us navigate the buying process in a most professional manner. We were prepared to go to a USAA authorized dealer, but Shannon Harris, manager, matched that price without hesitation. Yes, we would buy again in a heartbeat. More
Bad Customer Service I cannot speak for all employees at Economy Honda, but this was my experience. My experience included the following: -Lies from salesman -Offers I cannot speak for all employees at Economy Honda, but this was my experience. My experience included the following: -Lies from salesman -Offers from a salesman to repair the car I just purchased with "under the table" pricing from a family member of his -Car was presented in a way that seemed good on the lot, but started having problems within 24 hours of purchase and was not fixed -Attempted to add fees that should've been included in the ticket price of vehicle -Does not uphold the exact warranties they state they offer online -No customer service once papers are signed ("Quotations resemble exact wording by persons in this review") 1.) I went to the used car lot to look at a car I had seen online. I researched the vehicle beforehand for common problems it may have so I knew what to look for, such as sunroof failure. I test drove the car with a salesman, XXXX XXXXXXX, and tested everything inside the car including the sunroof which worked the single time I tried it. The salesman, I quote, stated "The sunroof works good" during my inspection, and seemed to the single time I tested it. After the papers were signed it turns out the sunroof didn't last 24 hours and the second time I tried to use the sunroof it failed completely. I called Economy Honda and was directed to the same salesman. He told me he would call me back in a little bit. Two days later I had to call again due to lack of a call back. I was redirected to the same salesman who said it would be up to a manager named Bill if they would even consider fixing it, even though the problem was within 24 hours of purchase. In the same phone call the salesman then told me legally I have zero options because the car was sold "as is", even though I never mentioned anything about taking legal action. He then went on to tell me the manager, Bill, would not be there until Friday at which time he would call me back. The salesman then went on to say that he would do me a favor and call a family member of his who works on BMW's to get me an "under the table" repair. I pretended to not hear the entire "under the table" comment since I am a government employee who has no interest in such a thing, and told him that I would be waiting for his phone call on Friday to hear what Bill had to say. No call on Friday from the salesman. (Again) The following Monday after work I went to Economy Honda in person to make sure that a manager was at least aware that I had this problem. I went inside and spoke to XXXX XXXXX, the general sales manager, who had the sunroof looked at. After ten minutes I was told by the manager, who was nice, that Economy Honda does not have the capability to take the headliner off the car, but he can give me the number to a reputable shop. Really. This is terrible customer service. Either A.) the sunroof should be fixed or paid to be fixed by a shop that is capable of doing so at no further inconvenience to me or B.) the price I paid for the car should be adjusted for a nonworking sunroof to acheive reasonable customer service expectations. 2.) On top of the previous problem the salesman attempted to add a $599.50 docking fee on top of the ticket price of the car. The website for Economy Honda clearly states that this fee is included in the ticket price and excludes the tax, tag, and title fees. After seeing this all trust was lost and I told the salesman I needed to leave. He then took over 10 minutes to give me my keys back so he could attempt another sales pitch. The next day I received multiple calls from the salesman. When I told him about the included doc fee policy he replied "that's on new cars, I am not sure that applies to used ones." I then told the salesman I was no longer interested he called back with an apology saying it was one of the finance guys fault and that it has to be removed manually in the computer. I was uneasy now knowing the salesman could not be trusted so I told him the price was still too high due to a low ball offer on my trade in. He called back several times with a better offer each time and I eventually caved and went back to the dealer to buy the car. That was a huge mistake. My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing a used car is to purchase from a salesman you can trust so that buying a car can be a pleasant experience. Do not make the same mistake I did and purchase a car from a salesman you can't trust. Economy Honda also did not fulfill the warranty they offered online for the specific car after I had signed most papers. I assumed that if online they stated 48 months that is what they would be willing to do. That is not true. Just because they put information online even for the specific car does not mean they will support it once certain papers have been signed. 3.) In their defense the car is still running engine and transmission wise. My complaint has all to do with the lack of customer service and the reasons I listed at the top of this review. More
