Needless to say, we did not want it to slip through our hands and Pamela spent the entire afternoon with us while we tried to figure it all out. She never once gave us the impression that this was an inconvenience or made us feel it was wasting her time while we worked through the details. I communicated with Lindsay Sharp, eSales Assistant Manager, for over a 2 month time frame. She was unbelievable and worked extremely hard to make this deal work.
