A case was opened and a full review was requested of Honda corporate, only for Honda corporate to say they must abide by the decision of Economy Honda. Very disappointed that corporate Honda chose to only listen to Economy Honda and NOT listen to the customer's ongoing situation; very poor customer service with actual facts never fully addressed by Economy Honda nor Corporate Honda. Be careful! More

Great Customer Service I had looked at another dealership. My salesman at Economy knew his stuff! Thanks Greg! Not only did they have a lower price for the exact same car b I had looked at another dealership. My salesman at Economy knew his stuff! Thanks Greg! Not only did they have a lower price for the exact same car but they also gave me about $500 more on the trade in than the other dealer. We didnt get there until 6:15 but.... everyone stayed (which was like 10:15) until the transaction was complete. BTW they close at 8! Nacho made getting the coverages that we both needed and wanted easy! All I can say is this was the easier car buying experience I ever had with great people. THANK YOU ALL! More

I explained right off that we were not going to be there all day and we did not want the run around and Matt didn't keep us there all day and didn't give us the run around. We left happy with the trade in value, the price of the vehicle we purchased, and the overall way Economy Honda treated us. My husband had bought 2 other vehicles from these folks before and we will probably go back to the the next time. More
