I have posted several comments regarding Economy Honda. They have all been regarding the excellent service. Today, I had a Check Engine Light. I took it directly to Economy Honda. Problem was diagnosed as They have all been regarding the excellent service. Today, I had a Check Engine Light. I took it directly to Economy Honda. Problem was diagnosed as an Oil Pressure Sensor. Two hours later the sensor was replaced and I was back on the road. A huge thanks to Service Advisors Stephen and Elizabeth. They have always been very helpful and get me in and out as quickly as possible. More
We recently contacted Economy Honda about a 2020 Ridgeline they were advertising. Unfortunately, the vehicle we were looking for had been damaged but they contacted surrounding dealers and found an Ridgeline they were advertising. Unfortunately, the vehicle we were looking for had been damaged but they contacted surrounding dealers and found another one with the features we requested. It was a pleasant experience. Went to look at 2 used cars. After taking the day off and scheduling a appt we arrived to drive a car that had what appeared to be puke in between the seats and was nasty. The salesperson was cool and did everything he could. After posting a google review someone in the internet department started texting my fiance and demanding we remove the review.... I find this highly unprofessional. Had they spent the time looking at the used inventory this would of never happened. The car also vibrated horribly at freeway speeds. This dealership does not even put a price on the window stickers. It is obvious this dealership only cares about quantity of sales instead of quality of the vehicles they sell. We drove to Acura of Chattanooga and ended up purchasing a brand new mdx that day. Not only did Economy honda miss a sale they also had made it to where we will never recommend them to anyone. More
I came in looking for a new 2020 Passport and had previously used one sales person for my previous 5 Honda automobile purchases. This time I worked with Catrelle Henderson who was so much more profe previously used one sales person for my previous 5 Honda automobile purchases. This time I worked with Catrelle Henderson who was so much more professional, courteous and knowledgeable than the previous sales person. I highly recommend Catrelle and Economy Honda - there is absolutely no need to go to Cleveland or to Dalton to purchase your next Honda! More

Always professional and respectful I came in for an oil change and they made me aware of my timing belt needing to be replaced sometime soon but respectfully.
