Unfortunately, someone tried breaking into my new Passport (haven’t made the first payment…c’mon). The driverside lock cylinder and another piece was damaged. Everyone I spoke to, from the parts guys to Ketwun, were very helpful in setting up what parts needed to be ordered and setting up my appointment time. I discovered another piece damaged, great. I didn’t know how to describe the piece so I went to Economy Honda. I told the service writer all the details, he took the time to study a schematic, and put in an order for an additional part. I come from a customer service background and so far I’m quite pleased. More
