I was not "looking" for a new car but while looking at another dealership I liked the looks and commodities of the Chevy Traverse. I was nervous as we live in NY and had always purchased our vehicles locally. Andy was very informed, attentive and found a way to work out a deal that benefitted both sides. From start to finish he was great with following up and answering questions- even on his day off! The delivery of the vehicle was very convenient the only aspect I would like to see enhanced is getting a little more of a tutorial with car features.
