I spent 5 days searching for a new vehicle and countless hours on the phone and at the dealership. After multiple "we have a deal" conversations with dealerships and finding out there was no deal as originally agreed upon I reached out to Eckert Hyundai. Tony contacted me first thing in the morning and presented me with options I did not think were possible. I received an email from Mark Eckert, one of the owners, asking me about my purchase. The entire purchase was discussed over phone and email as I was not able to be at the dealership during the day. I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before closing where Ryan and Mike were waiting for me with all the paperwork ready and waiting to be completed. There are very few dealerships where an owner is involved in anything let alone reading all my emails and listening to my phone calls as I talk their ear off about my life and my reasons for needing a new car.
