Echopark Automotive is highly unethical, their entire business is based on misleading customers to get them to the dealership. We called to inquire about an SUV that just received a $4600+ price reducti business is based on misleading customers to get them to the dealership. We called to inquire about an SUV that just received a $4600+ price reduction, after a 10-minute conversation about the vehicle, we decided to drive 45m to go see it. Upon arrival we drove by the SUV and it was absolutely pelted with bad hail damage, NO MENTION OF THIS WHATSOEVER on the phone!! We decided to stay and take a look at other cars, we found another SUV that we really liked, test drove and discussed all detail with the salesperson prior to deciding to purchase the vehicle. When going to pay, the price was $1264 MORE than what we were told would be the total price! What??!!? Every car sold by EchoPark has an administrative fee plus a totally bogus 'appearance protection' fee applied that totals $1264, it's non-negotiable. After spending 3 hours looking at cars we were lied to 2x and walked away in disbelief that a company can operate in this manner. If searching cars.com, cargurus.com or any other site that evaluates the price ("great deal, etc..."), EchoPark reaps the benefit of their false price on these sites when the actual price is $1264 higher. The vehicles are also NOT $3000 less than similar vehicles at another dealer. A very poor experience. More

Was super easy. We found a car online, came in and did a test drive. They let us reserve the car for 72 hours with a $500 down payment. They added a $699 fee for their Permaplate protection program but even with that it was cheaper than others we found online and had many more upgrades. More
