Rhomeka was rude, ignorant, and a liar. We asked her many questions about a loan and how that process works. She told us we had to do it through echo park which is a lie you can go to a ban We asked her many questions about a loan and how that process works. She told us we had to do it through echo park which is a lie you can go to a bank. We went to take a car for a test drive and the check engine light came on. We told her about the issue and she said “I think that is just the tire pressure”. How does that even make sense? The sales manager Jacob on the other hand was great and gave us the right information. She should not work there. She is rude. More

I give it a 2 and not a 1 due to how wonderful the sales person was, unfortunately I do not remember her name. The interest rate is terrible over 16% for a 2021 with 55000 miles. I was with my son as his ca person was, unfortunately I do not remember her name. The interest rate is terrible over 16% for a 2021 with 55000 miles. I was with my son as his car was totaled and I was his ride. I mentioned to the 2nd person that came out , "I guess to try to close the sale" that he(my son) might as well buy a new car, he said then why did you come here, why don't you? I stated I thought we could get a good deal here but clearly with what you charge interest rate wise I was wrong. We left and the next day my son bought a brand new 2023 same type of vehicle with a 7.2% interest rate, comes with a warranty, sales tax included, no money down. I admit that it being model clearance time helped with the price. Monthly price way less than what they were going to charge for just the loan on the vehicle, same term. Maybe this place is great for some, they seem to have some very good reviews, it was not in our case. More
