Meh. Same as other used car dealers, without the polish, manners, inventory, compassion, or empathy. They are good with the advertising, but everything else about this dealership screams used-car salesman. manners, inventory, compassion, or empathy. The blatent addition of extended warranty, interior 'protectant,' exterior dent and ding, etc is very similar to the bad image that used-car dealers create for themselves. The salesman I had could literally care less about showing cars or making any kind of deal. It's the same old, get you into the showroom, then wear you down tactics of making you wait for actual hours while they 'process paperwork.' Here's the rub for this dealership, you can't take in outside financing. It's either cash or their (double your interest rate) financing, and believe me, they do not care about what that means for you. More
