Excellent service, great inventory, friendly staff, and smooth buying process. I don't know why more car dealerships don't move to this model. I have bought 3 vehicles with Echo Park and the second at the New Braunfels location. All three times I received excellent customer service. Eco Park vehicles are always super clean and the deals are hard to the New Braunfels location. All three times I received excellent customer service. The process was easy and my representative, Dimitri was outstanding. I will probably buy another vehicle or two from Echo Park. Love them! More

It was one of the smoothest car purchases I have ever done. Peter was amazing, and the car was exactly as described and pictured on the internet. This was my SECOND car purchased from EchoPark, and it wa done. Peter was amazing, and the car was exactly as described and pictured on the internet. This was my SECOND car purchased from EchoPark, and it was as good as the first.... No haggle, No Hassle... the car is perfect... you know the price...no waiting all dang day to go back and forth with "the manager" doing "figures"... and 8 hours later you leave unhappy...etc etc.... I showed up, Peter had the car ready... it looked amazing... and he walked us thru the easy purchase... Financing and All... the numbers were exactly as discussed before we arrived... I was comfortable for the entire purchase... and more importantly, even 3 days later, I STILL feel like they treated me fairly... someday i will will buy my 3rd car there... Excellent service and vehicle quality! They stayed open late to accommodate me. Mostly I stayed in air conditioned dealership, which was nice in Texas heat.
