Was trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership called in a few times about the availability of a vehicle Was always told by call centsr that vehicle was available called in right before starting called in a few times about the availability of a vehicle Was always told by call centsr that vehicle was available called in right before starting application to once again make sure vehicle was available Asked to talk yo sales person or someone who could actually see vehicle in the dealership or tell me if vehicle was at the moment maybe being purchased by someone else, was never able to Completed the application and was never contacted by nobody called in a day after application was done and vehicle had sold Called in again and it seems whoever took the previous call deleted or something my application cause now they cant find it. Was told that finance was gonna call back and they never did And to this moment i havent been able to contact actual dealership. More

I made an apt. at 2 pm to see a car at 4pm and the when I arrived I was told the car sold that morning. I recently purchased a vehicle at this location. I had a Awesome Experience! Collin was professional and friendly. No pushy sales! Easiest and most concise way I have ever bought a vehicle. DO NOT SHOP HERE! !! I won't go into all the details here, just a few, but will definitely be spreading the word about this horrible establishment. They'll make you fee !! They'll make you feel good at first, but as soon as something is not right, and you present it to them, that's when everything will go wrong for your "amazing vehicle purchasing experience" as well as the attitudes of the people who welcomed you in the establishment. Very disappointing experience to say the least, including from some of the "team members", as well as the "General Management himself"!!! They tried intimidation tactics, when I presented them with issues for a vehicle I was purchasing from them, which was kind of funny actually, and didn't work at all, and just showed what they really think about their customers and how incompetent they are. No care at all for the customer whatsoever. As far as customer service, you can definitely forget about it. Throw that out the door. They'll just brush you off without a care in the world. Now just waiting for them to comment back on here, down below 👇, stating something like, "we're sorry you had such a bad experience", or "please call the number so we can resolve the issues", or some type of lie that they tried taking care of the issues for me, blah blah blah, just to try and make their self look good on here or that they "fulfilled their standards", according to the General Management! Because once again, customer service does not exist here at this establishment whatsoever. I have never had such a horrible vehicle purchasing experience, as this one, before in my life. I seriously recommend that you shop elsewhere for a vehicle and not find out the hardway as I did with this horrible place. I cannot express this enough. I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, if your looking to purchase a vehicle. More
