OK first important to me, appearance. ..Echo Park has the look and feel of a NEW car dealership, the premises are clean throughout. You get the feeling that their vehicles will be the same. As for us we had reviewed their trucks online....found one, checked to see if it was still there....we were not shopping. Went to New Braunfels test drove it and they estimated our trade in value. We were satisfied. Sat down with sales to do the paperwork. This is when we found out about the BIG PLUS! A one month, 500 mile warranty! We were able to pay up front with my debit card and the deal was done. So far we are really happy with our purchase.Last and certainly important to us was the attitude and courtesty shown to us from all the sales staff...hats of to David Edwards for his help! More

I worked with both David and Jason over my time looking for a car. I loved my previous car and wanted something as close to that as I could get while staying within budget. They both did a great job of ste for a car. I loved my previous car and wanted something as close to that as I could get while staying within budget. They both did a great job of steering me to a Santa Fe and I love it already. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because I wish I would have maybe been informed of the payments they took before solidifying the deal. I chose the car late on Saturday with Monday being the official deal day and a bank holiday. I was unable to fully pay on my card and they did not take personal checks like another dealer did my last purchase. In the end I did get it figured out and David was very patient with the process. I will gladly steer people to this dealership as long as they know ahead of time how they can put their down payment in. Thank you both for your patience and care with finding me an amazing car! More
