They do a very detailed inspection of the vehicle and automatically replace all fluids, no recalls on the vehicle and replaced the air filters. I felt confident that this vehicle was a good one to drive off the lot. I worked with Kalli who was very helpful and answered my many questions. I also was impressed with Peggy from the documentation department because I needed my registration and title quickly in order to move. They worked with me to help with the process. I would definitely buy another vehicle here. I highly recommend Echo Park compared to the many different dealerships I went to before I found this place. More

I Walk in trying to buy a vehicle that I want and try to put a great down payment. They took long time to get me approve so they send me home and they never call.me back. That's the way they let me understand. Real dealership works with lots of banks same day i drove a new truck Home. I try to call echopark sales men. And at the moment dont want to pick up my calls. I call the office and they said he is busy. Echopark do not appreciate veterans or any military. I ask for a discount and they denied. I'm a iraq war veteran and think we deserve better. When I went to a real dealership they give a discount, work down a good deal in a truck and everything happy. Stay away from car "dealerships" like this. More

I had one particular vehicle in mind but saw multiple vehicles at great prices so decided to take the 45 min drive to get there. The whole signing process only took 15-20 minutes and Peter was very upfront with everything throughout the entire process. The salesman and general care shopping experience was very good. The price was reasonable without a lot of haggling that one normally deals with in shopping for a used car, and so it went much faster. M very good. They only accept cash or one of their own finance companies, no outside financing accepted. The result was that the interest rate on the loan was much higher than I could get from my credit union. I will refinance the loan, but that just adds to the hassle of the experience. More
