OK first important to me, appearance. ..Echo Park has the look and feel of a NEW car dealership, the premises are clean throughout. Went to New Braunfels test drove it and they estimated our trade in value. We were satisfied. Sat down with sales to do the paperwork. This is when we found out about the BIG PLUS! A one month, 500 mile warranty! We were able to pay up front with my debit card and the deal was done. So far we are really happy with our purchase.Last and certainly important to us was the attitude and courtesty shown to us from all the sales staff...hats of to David Edwards for his help! More

TL/DR: If I could give 10 stars I would! Demitri and Yousuf were amazing and helped my grandma drive off with the car she wanted! EchoPark is a REFRESHING breath of air after dealing with pushy and dismissive dealerships. Full Review: My grandma has been looking for a new car as her 10 year old Prius is on its last leg. We went to a “normal” dealership and had the normal dealership experience. Pushy salesmen, negotiations, waiting in a boring closed off room, etc. After being there for an hour an a half we were essentially rushed out the door because she didn’t like the “deal” they laid on the table. She left feeling disappointed and discouraged. Enter EchoPark. I found the same car she test drove at the dealership on their website and called to set up a test drive. Not only did they get us in at 8 pm (they close at 9), but when we got there we were immediately greeted by Demitri, who guided us through the check in process and got a sense of what my grandma was looking for. We were invited to sit wherever we wanted in their main room, and they even had toys for my young son to play with. Shortly after sitting down we were greeted by Yousuf who informed us that he’d be working alongside Demitri to help us out (it was VERY busy, so this was a plus in our book) rather than have us wait forever. Yousuf checked my grandmas license, handed her the keys to the car for us to test drive, and took my grandmas keys so they could start the appraisal on her Prius. After we got back, Demitri sat down with my grandma and went over everything and was INCREDIBLY patient with her and answered all of her questions throughly and clearly. It was around 9 pm by this point and we didn’t feel rushed nor did Demitri or Yousuf seem agitated to be at work late on a Saturday night. After finalizing a verbal deal, Yousuf came back shortly after with the paperwork and walked my grandma through everything and *again* thoroughly explained and elaborated when she had questions. While Yousuf was helping my grandma finalize everything, Demitri was taking the new car for a wash and even filled the gas tank for her! We were there for about 2.5 hours but it didn’t feel like it! The entire atmosphere of EchoPark, mixed with the friendliness of their employees made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. My grandma left with the car she wanted, and with a huge smile on her face. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, and my husband and I will definitely be getting our next car from here! More
