Brad was by far the most patient, thoughtful, charismatic, and dedicated professional I have ever met in the process of buying a new (to me) car. He stayed late - past the close of business - to charismatic, and dedicated professional I have ever met in the process of buying a new (to me) car. He stayed late - past the close of business - to ensure that I was able to leave with the perfect car for me. He took the time to meet with my husband and me initially and figure out what was really important to us and then allowed us to test drive a few cars. His knowledge about each car make and model was impressive, to say the least, but most importantly his attitude and demeanor were pleasant and the furthest from "pushy salesman" you could get. The entire process was easy from start to finish, and everyone on sight made us feel calm and happy throughout the entire car buying process. We will most certainly recommend this business to anyone we know looking to purchase a new car and will only return here in the future for any car purchases for our family. More
Arrived at appointment time and was taken care of immediately. We actually knew our salesman from a previous auto broker from about 8 months ago so it was a nice surprise. I appreciate the vibe being completely different than a traditional lot with car salesmen that you want to strangle. I gave my son a ride to purchase his first car. They lied to us from the get-go stating another salesman had taken other people out in the car for a test drive. I guess they thought we were really dumb as the car he wanted was sitting there off to the right the entire time. When he all of a sudden retrieved the car keys from the mysterious salesman, He literally took my son to the car that had been parked in the spot since we had arrived at the store. If you buy their overpriced warranty and accept whatever interest rate they bring you the first time, you will have a wonderful experience. If you do not accept their overpriced warranty and the first interest-rate offered, you will have a bad experience. This $4000 extra in warrantees is how they make their profit people. They repeatedly lied to my son about his credit score, and what the interest rate could be. They said they could do no better than 8.9, my son had to come back with a letter from his bank stating he Qualified for a 6.59 loan. He got the car he wanted by having to argue with these liars. I will never recommend anyone go through the hassle of arguing with these liars. I still can’t believe Seth lied so much about the stupid car being out for a test drive while it sat beside us the whole time in the parking lot. Horrible behavior. More
Awful experience. I spoke with someone through their website and arranged an appointment to test drive a vehicle they had on their website. When I arrived, they gave me the typical “why we are great” pitch, and then the sales person said he was going to pull it around. After being gone for maybe 20 minutes, he finally came back and said that he had a crazy story. The vehicle was sold 30 days ago, it was returned, it was actually in Knoxville, and he would call me when it arrived. I was upset that I wasted so much time, and that I was lied to. When I stated this, the salesperson actually had the nerve to say “well I just met you a few minutes ago”, and insinuated that he had nothing to do with it. I said that someone who works here caused this, and after he made another excuse that she works in a call center, another employee just looked at me and gave an insincere “sorry”. I was livid at this point with the wasted time and complete lack of accountability, professionalism, or customer service. I reached back out to the woman who made the appointment to complain, and nothing. No response. They are quick when there is a potential sale, but they ghosted me when I had a problem. I was ready to buy that night, and their horrid service guaranteed that I’ll never deal with them. I bet they will respond here with an excuse now that it’s public though. More
