The salesman added a few warranties to the sales price of the car totaling more than $7,000 without telling us. He presented us with a monthly payment that was much higher than we expected, but didn’t mentio the car totaling more than $7,000 without telling us. He presented us with a monthly payment that was much higher than we expected, but didn’t mention the extra cost of the warranties. We didn’t notice until the lender finally reached out and our loan balance was $7,000 more than we expected. We reached out to the dealership and they were embarrassed that this happened and went over the top to help us get a refund for the unused warranties and restructured our loan. Overall, the dealership is good but is infiltrated by slimy salespeople. More
