Decently priced vehicle with good service. However I came really close to not purchasing due to the ridiculous amount they charged in fees. Total of $1600. For absolutely nothing. Avoid this dealer! !! They are bait and switch scammers. I saw a truck online that I was interested in. I texted with a salesperson and asked for a OTD price. They ke !! They are bait and switch scammers. I saw a truck online that I was interested in. I texted with a salesperson and asked for a OTD price. They kept insisting I needed to come in so they could appraise my trade. I told them to assume it's perfect, what would they give me for an out the door price. They refused to tell me. I then called. I was disconnected. I called back. I finally spoke to the person who I was texting. They were very rude and kept insisting I come I'm. Eventually they hung up on me. Another person called me back who was much nicer and we agreed to a number that would make the deal happen. I drove in. Lo and behold, the vehicle I'd been talking to them about for 4 hours "just sold". Ok, fine. I'll play their game. What else do you have? The salesman found a comparable truck that was actually cheaper than the one they "just sold". When he ran numbers it was $3000 more than our tentative OTD price. Why you might ask? "Permaplate"...not once but twice. $699 a pop. Then some other protection package. It was almost $2000 in profit adders. They refused to discount any of the added on profit boosters. I even offered to pay $500 for the "protection" packages and they declined. This is the typical lying used car dealership. Don't give them your business. More
