Echopark was a great experience. I was referred by someone that purchased a cad from their CO location. As I came to the shop the building was clean. Very open and modern. In doors and welcomed with so many different cars. My sales ladie Jerisa was so nice. She helped me with all my needs. Had no problem getting whatever cars I wanted to test drive(3 cars). She was very informative for me. I couldn’t had asked for a better sales person. Financing was great. And I had one issue with the vehicle I bought and they made sure to make a clause in the purchase to have it repaired or replaced for me at a later date. Also their lobby had snacks and cool coffee machine. No pressure on the purchase. Did want me to get the most expensive choice but didn’t push it. I eventually bought the less expensive vehicle but lowest miles. Thanks again echo park! More
