They reached out to me to schedule an appointment which I scheduled for July 24th at 2:00 P.M. After arriving I was told that Adam would be out in just a minute. After 10 minutes I asked the receptionist again how long it would be as I had a 2:00 P.M. appointment and that I needed to get back to work and again I was assured just a few minutes. After 30 + minutes I still had not heard from or seen anyone at which time I told the receptionist I was leaving. If you make an appointment for 2 I don't expect to be still waiting after 2:30. This is not a doctors office. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST. More

Horrible Warranty and Deceiving Sales Pitch Bought a $30,000 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. Didn’t even make it a few months without having power steering issues, an extremely dangerous hazard whe Bought a $30,000 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. Didn’t even make it a few months without having power steering issues, an extremely dangerous hazard when the steering locked up on the highway. There was also a common recall on the lift gate that was completely missed before putting this car on their lot. How many other safety recalls have they missed? I Had to replace the entire power steering console. Best part is Carbiz wanted nothing to do with the issue, shoved me around for several week and swore that it would be completely covered by the 360 warranty. This was not the case! $600 out of my own pocket. Do not shop here, go to Carvana if you are going used or just buy brand new. More

Our salesperson, William Offei, was incredibly patient, helpful, and forthright with us. The service technicians were also very generous with their time in helping us feel confident in our decision. Their pricing was incredibly competitive, and the no-haggle policy demonstrated their confidence in the value of their vehicles. They also went above and beyond to make the process easy for us by having the vehicle shipped down from Baltimore to Laurel to be closer to our home, meeting with us at a convenient time after work, and staying late past their closing time to complete the paperwork. Having been unfamiliar with Carbiz and generally focusing on franchised dealerships, we were skeptical at first but trusted the overwhelmingly positive reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by their staff and showroom, which was very impressive and indicated their quality and professionalism. To provide more detail of our experience, their 5-day no-questions-asked return policy allowed us to take the vehicle to a local mechanic for a pre-sale inspection once we brought it home. Unfortunately, that local mechanic gave us what turned out to be an erroneous report, which initially made us question our purchase. However, to reassure us, the Carbiz technician put the vehicle on a lift, walked us through the points in question, showed us additional indicators of the vehicle's condition, and even got on a conference call with us and the local mechanic to discuss those percieved issues. My wife and I decided to get a third opinion from a Nissan dealership for additional peace of mind, so Carbiz provided us with a loaner vehicle to use while that inspection occurred. Nissan's inspection ultimately confirmed the vehicle's great condition and the inaccuracy of our mechanic's inspection. Our interaction with Carbiz really illustrated their commitment to our satisfaction, as well as the quality of their vehicles and staff, which is why we would definitely reccomend them for future car buying. More

Come Sat when I was scheduled to pick up the car they called me and said it was sold. You decide if this the type of dealer you want to work with. More
