There word means Nothing. I came to them on what they were asking for a vehicle. I was all about paying more than I wanted to right up to the point where they tried charging me additional fees for doing nothing. Just be honest and follow through on what you promised. More

He worked two jobs and saved up the cash (folding green for those that finance everything) for the specific car he wanted. This, I was proud of. Me taking him to this flea market of a car dealership not so much...However, he found it in Knoxville, TN, 2 1/2 hours away. It was a 2007 BMW 328i wagon. Granted, he is very aware there are gonna be issues with the car. It is an older vehicle. However, the sales rep (Jeff Hayes) promised him that the dealership would pay for the parts to fix three particular items. There were definitely more but this is what we settled on. We had texts back and forth from the sales rep while he was employed at Road Runner saying the parts were on order. The parts were coming. He needed to check on the delivery. They would be there in 48 hours... Needless to say they never showed. I submitted pictures, texts, and all the documentation showing the rep had promised to take care of these. These were sent to Evone. Three days later, still no response. Keep up the mediocre work Evone. I called to talk with Robert, the service manager. Robert stood at the gate the night we negotiated the deal. He says he told Jeff they would not replace. That was never conveyed to me or my son. Jeff was the guy selling me the car and I proved to the dealership he promised that. I finally get the most elusive Robert on the phone today. He tells me the "boss" says we got a good deal and he is not buying anything to go on the car. He tells me his hands are tied. He said that they fired Jeff and they aren't taking care of what he promised (even while he was employed and representing their company). I would like to thank all of the folks at Road Runner Motors in Knoxville for one of the best lessons my son has learned about business. Luckily I got to spend 2 1/2 hours with my son on the ride up. However, he now know that even though you would like to that most people are good...some are just down right dirty stinking greedy liars. I cant even imagine why you would have a C- on your BBB rating. I believe after my review we might just push you over the edge to a big fat F (failing). You guys are an absolute circus! More
