Christy Leal was great and the whole process was painless. They worked with me about some concerns I had about the car before buying and were able to address that. The no haggle pricing made me a li painless. They worked with me about some concerns I had about the car before buying and were able to address that. The no haggle pricing made me a little curious before going but having been to a couple dealerships prior to this I appreciated the no pressure environment. My only complaint is that there were quite a few employees eating fast food in the main space. I saw a large back area and many empty offices where this could have been done. No one wants to watch people eat food while they're making a major purchase. Apart from that it was great. Give Christy a raise! More

I got to say after so many years not going to a dealership I was not too exited to buy a car from a dealership. I contacted Echopark through their website and luckily for me Christy Leal was the on dealership I was not too exited to buy a car from a dealership. I contacted Echopark through their website and luckily for me Christy Leal was the one that replied back! I was pleasantly surprised about the whole experience. She was patient, laid down all of my options in front of me and felt no pressure at all from her, and that was refreshing. I did my finance app online because I knew which vehicle I wanted and I didn't want to be in the dealership for 3 hours. (I read other reviews) Nick my salesman was totally cool. Nothing bad to say about h I wanted and I didn't want to be in the dealership for 3 hours. (I read other reviews) Nick my salesman was totally cool. Nothing bad to say about him at all. Long story short, "the bank would only finance if I got the extended warranty and dent warranty". So now the price of the vehicle has gone up $5000 after warranties and fees. I drive the car home (10 miles) after being in the dealership for 4 hours. The next morning, I crank it up to go get an additional inspection. As soon as I crank it, the check engine light came on. This should not happen on a vehicle that was just purchased. I take the car to PepBoys and have it inspected. 120 point. Here are the problems that were listed, brake pads were unevenly worn and needed to be replaced, the back washer pump was leaking inside of the vehicle, the catalytic converter needs to be replaced, the speed monitor on the back tire was only working intermittingly, tires were already worn down to 9/32. I take the car back on Monday and the first thing that I'm told is "you have a warranty, we can fix whatever is wrong". The problem is, the things that were wrong were not covered under the warranty. Thankfully I had only driven the car 50 miles, so I politely gave it back and had someone come to pick me up. Before you buy, spend the $84 dollars and get your own inspection. Go to AutoZone and have them run a free check engine diagnostic. More

Trade in my old car for something nice. and after 4 long hours of looking at a tablet and waiting, he wasn't able to give me a good deal because of my (no equity) vehicle, I happen to take a 2014 jeep only to return the next day for 5 hours waiting again and trying to exchange the vehicle. Only to return next 3rd day so the merchandise to the transmission Thank you Mr. Felix G. Your a good person while your boss make you look bad. More
