Jarod or Jerry (sales supervisor) refused to provide a breakdown of the cost of the vehicle, although I planned to pay for it cash (Didn't want to pay for insurance gap or extended warranty, all the hidden fees they try to sneak in). So far no good experience has come out of EchoPark Houston. If the service over the phone is horrendous, I can just imagine in person. More

He was very friendly, started with a tour and asked us what was most important to us to personalize the experience. His attention and honesty made for an easy process. Don't believe what is told to you Great personalities during the sale, however, when you identify that they have not been honest about taking care of the issues that you bring forward, Great personalities during the sale, however, when you identify that they have not been honest about taking care of the issues that you bring forward, they try to give you the run around. I brought up an issue within the 30 warranty period. They kept putting me off by saying their going to "research" the issue. They did this until the warranty ran out and tried to say that they could not help me because it has run out. I have a witness and will pursue the issues further. More
