Fair Price - Long Process I first inquired about my F150 on June 26, 2020 and met with Addie who gave me a 10-minute tour of the dealership. She introduced me to her manager D I first inquired about my F150 on June 26, 2020 and met with Addie who gave me a 10-minute tour of the dealership. She introduced me to her manager Dominic as well. Addie retrieved the truck and I took it for a test drive. Upon arriving back from the test drive Addie went over the final numbers. At that current time, I was not willing to pay the price offered. I was told that EchoPark has a set-price no haggling policy. I left the dealership without purchasing that day. Fast forward to July 2, 2020. I received an email stating the F150 was reduced. I contacted Addie and requested to purchase the vehicle. She stated to come buy and we could finalize the purchase. Upon my arrival, I was told the truck needed to be removed from inventory and go to Doggett Ford for a sensor repair on the running boards. At this point, I requested to take advantage of the "Contact-less" purchase of the vehicle when it returns from Doggett Ford. I agreed to provide my home address and have all documents signed electronically when the truck became available. Addie kept me updated and stated the truck would be available no later than Wednesday following the Independence Day holiday. Wednesday came and went and the truck was not ready. Addie explained due to Covid there were further delays. Thursday late morning I receive a call from Dominic letting me know the truck would be available for purchase. I stated I made an agreement with Addie to have the "contact-less" purchase be completed and brought to my home. Dominic stated due to Covid and the reduced staff he would not be able to honor the "contact-less" purchase. I was frustrated that EchoPark would advertise "contact-less" purchase but not honor it. The entire point to the "contact-less" purchase is due to Covid, so to use an excuse you can't offer "contact-less" purchase due to Covid defeats the whole point in the first place. Prior to showing up to the dealership, I made it clear that I wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. I requested for documents be ready for me upon my arrival. I show up to the dealership 4pm and met with Dominic. I spent about 45-minutes looking over the truck while he got documents ready for my signature. I then met with a sales rep selling me protection plan from exterior and interior damage. After that I waited about another 45-minutes for e-docs to be prepared for my signature. I finally left the dealership at 6pm with the truck. Overall, I expected to have daily updates on the repair status of the truck especially when it wasn't ready on the promised date. I was really hoping to take advantage of the home delivery as this would have saved me time and inconvenience. I observed more than enough staff at the dealership just sitting around their computers and chatting with one another. Lastly, the document signing process was not as quick as advertised considering the website states "under an hour." At the end of the day what drew me to the dealership was the price of the vehicle and not have a ton of dealer fees other dealers may throw in. I applaud the patience of Addie and Dominic in working with me and keeping me on the radar as I understand the number of interested persons in the truck. More

I bought a used Mazda3.hatchback. The car is in good condition with very small scratch. It takes longer time than I expected to finish the whole process(4 hrs). Customer service is fair. From the moment Ms. Clark answered the phone to assist in scheduling for me to test drive, and answering all my questions; I was left very impressed. The overall politeness, good hearted nature, and knowledge was superior to what I have dealt with at Ford Dealerships. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted, and worked with a young man by the name of Steven. The entire process was comfortable, relaxed, no high pressure sales tactics, and could not of been any better of an experience. The pricing was all very upfront, and you are not blind sided by anything as they tell you what they will present at the very beginning, and the costs as well as the price you see is what you pay. I had been dealing with numerous Ford dealerships prior, and was constantly getting the run around, and had become very frustrated with the entire car buying experience; until I went to Echo Park. I truly recommend working with this company, and Steven to buy vehicles; as you will not find a more comfortable, and relaxed situation. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and cleanliness of the store was truly remarkable. I am now going to be a loyal customer, and am telling everyone I know of how great an experience this was, and that given the chance; work with Steven as you will leave with a smile on your face, and will be taken care of. Called back and the corporate office said that they would resubmit, and still no call. Called back to the corporate office and they told me that the truck that we were looking at was gone, picked a second truck and that one was gone. Picked a third and it was still there. On the third call, it took a representatives supervisor at the corporate office to get a hold of the head of finance at the location that we were going to shop at on the phone. Everything went smoothly the third time around. More
The price was very good. Unfortunately that was the only thing good about the whole experience. I was doing most of the stuff on-line because of COVID. Well, it took over 5 days to finally get a purchase agreement from them after several promises of "we will email that to you right away." Then when we got to the dealership (Houston) it took over 3 hours to get through the process. I had a cashiers check from the bank, I had no trade-in, did not want to test-drive or negotiate, nothing. But everything was slow, slow, slow. Then when the salesman got the paperwork to me and we started signing, they had tried to slip in a fee that was not on the purchase agreement which slowed us down even more while he took it back to fix.
