Don't let those FAKE 5 stars fool you. These people don't even honer they own words. Very low class service,, bunch of lies, and try to sell you what you don't need( service, GAP insurance, warranty),,Whoeve even honer they own words. 2019 suburban was not detailed, there were stains on carpet and stains on cargo area, scratches inside on top of cargo area, I realize it is a used vehicle but nothing was done to attempt to alleviate carpet and stains on cargo area, scratches inside on top of cargo area, I realize it is a used vehicle but nothing was done to attempt to alleviate the scratches. We were not told beforehand that we would not receive two keys, paying thousands of dollars and received only one key!!Really!!??? Not told that the back cargo door did not open with the key fob. When we left the lot the vehicle was not on full gas. Steven was very helpful and friendly but did not attempt to do anything about the scratches and stains, nor informed us beforehand of only one key. We do appreciate very much that he picked us up at the airport but again I viewed that as a way of seeing how the vehicle ran, thus the mileage on the paperwork did not match actual, and wasn't full of gas. Also I trust we will get the license plates very promptly. My recommending your dealership or not, depends on what you do about this review. Don't let your policies make the salesperson look bad. Remember always sell to sell again. More
