I bought a 2019 rav 4 on 29 sep and was feeling that car had misaligned tires and something was wrong with the engine. I sent it to toyota center on 01 oct and they said that engine software was crashed and had misaligned tires and something was wrong with the engine. I was been told that they gave me one week of engine warranty that if I feel anything wrong with it I can return it back. I was trying to reach to the echopark houston office to discuss this with them but they never reply my call. I tried to reach the agent who sold me this car and he never replied as well or bothered to call me back. So, after sale service is zero of echopark. Think twice before going there and I would suggest not to go there. More

My sales rep, Sharon O., was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional and fast and stayed on top of making sure the process went as smoothly as possible. only reason I'm giving 4 stars and no with. The washing and detailing was actually the longest part of the process, we were long done with the paperwork by the time the car was dropped back off with our sales rep. I had a great experience at Echo Park they’re very professional and friendly. Definitely felt comfortable with the process and glad they were patient with me. I’m very picky about things and Paulina m professional and friendly. Definitely felt comfortable with the process and glad they were patient with me. I’m very picky about things and Paulina made sure she checked every thing on my list of things I need in a car and the style. Took me a week to make a decision but I’m very happy with my decision. Paulina kept in contact with me thru out the whole process and assured me that me texting or calling her was not a bother. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The cars are priced below KBB value so it is definitely a plus especially that the cars are no more than 3 or 4 yrs old. More
