Don't let those FAKE 5 stars fool you. These people don't even honer they own words. Very low class service,, bunch of lies, and try to sell you what you don't need( service, GAP insurance, warranty),,Whoeve even honer they own words. If you are desperate and crazy enough to go that far, watch the finance, they try so hard to get you in financing even you are going with your own bank,,even I feel sorry for those who work there, I don't respect people who don't honer they own words,, what a low life,, what a shame ( EchoPark south by sugar land ) More

2019 suburban was not detailed, there were stains on carpet and stains on cargo area, scratches inside on top of cargo area, I realize it is a used vehicle but nothing was done to attempt to alleviate carpet and stains on cargo area, scratches inside on top of cargo area, I realize it is a used vehicle but nothing was done to attempt to alleviate the scratches. We were not told beforehand that we would not receive two keys, paying thousands of dollars and received only one key!!Really!!??? Not told that the back cargo door did not open with the key fob. When we left the lot the vehicle was not on full gas. Steven was very helpful and friendly but did not attempt to do anything about the scratches and stains, nor informed us beforehand of only one key. We do appreciate very much that he picked us up at the airport but again I viewed that as a way of seeing how the vehicle ran, thus the mileage on the paperwork did not match actual, and wasn't full of gas. Also I trust we will get the license plates very promptly. My recommending your dealership or not, depends on what you do about this review. Don't let your policies make the salesperson look bad. Remember always sell to sell again. More

I bought a 2019 rav 4 on 29 sep and was feeling that car had misaligned tires and something was wrong with the engine. I sent it to toyota center on 01 oct and they said that engine software was crashed and had misaligned tires and something was wrong with the engine. I sent it to toyota center on 01 oct and they said that engine software was crashed and one tire was misaligned. I was been told that they gave me one week of engine warranty that if I feel anything wrong with it I can return it back. I was trying to reach to the echopark houston office to discuss this with them but they never reply my call. I tried to reach the agent who sold me this car and he never replied as well or bothered to call me back. So, after sale service is zero of echopark. Think twice before going there and I would suggest not to go there. More
