I have never had a great experience at a car lot so going in I was already apprehensive. I can say though that this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had a a car lot. I was in and out of there in less in I was already apprehensive. I can say though that this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had a a car lot. I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours only because I was so undecided on what I wanted but TJ answered every question I had and never made me feel as if I was wasting his time. I love my vehicle and I would recommend any and everybody to seek out TJ because he makes you feel as if you’re his only customer. This place and the people I’ve encountered are great. More

Sales staff - Brian - was fantastic, low pressure, very helpful and patient with an indecisive Aussie. Best of all the price was fantastic. The only negative was the 2.5 hour wait for paperwork, but that helpful and patient with an indecisive Aussie. Best of all the price was fantastic. I have been looking for a nice used vehicle for about 6 months. I had finally decided on a Ford Escape because it fit what I was looking for. I went to some other dealerships but was never impressed with what I saw there. I had been looking at Echo Park on line and so I finally called and made an appointment to go and see what they had. I was very impressed. My salesman Brandon greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. He showed us around the dealership which was very nice. He asked me what I was looking for and what my requirements were.. The very Ford Escape he brought out was the one I had seen online and it was beautiful. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Brandon let us drive it and it drive beautifully. This was exactly what I was looking for. So I purchased the car. I was given a fair trade in for my 14 year old car and I drove away in my beautiful Ford Escape a happy customer. Brandon was a very good salesman and very nice to do business with. I will definitely tell people about my experience at Echo Park . I rate you a 10. More

Wheel lock key that was not provided when I purchased my Infiiniti several months ago. New locks wee ordered by Christina at no charge and an appointment promptly scheduled to put them on......and also rota Infiiniti several months ago.
