I went all over Houston for a full week before stopping here. I nearly gave up. I got a 2018 Ford sedan with little to no miles on it under 20k. Best deal I found in town. Would definitely refer this location and my sales person Liz she was great. My only complaints are when customers are told their car is getting car washed and detailed before they take off please hold true to that. I’m very detailed oriented and clearly seen that wasn’t the case. I didn’t make a huge deal of it cause as mentioned I had been car shopping for a week. I was ready to go. The car was vacuumed though but not detailed. Lastly, Liz was great and answered our questions, always make sure to speak slowly and clearly at all times, don’t show frustration. Sometimes it take customers a little longer to understand what we are getting into, and the commitment. We deal with dealerships trying to get over all the time so know your customers are always going to pick apart every detail and number. Other than that I had a great and easy experience, would definitely do business here again, happy customer! More

I bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee here over two months ago. Didn't find out that they only do in house financing and won't let you use your own bank until I showed up. No other problems at time of sale. Vehicle after 50+ miles, multiple service warnings lit up the entire vehicle, Airbag, ABS, Steering seems they claim they inspect the vehicle, FALSE. Vehicle after 50+ miles, multiple service warnings lit up the entire vehicle, Airbag, ABS, Steering, Brakes, TPMS, you name it, it came on. So they claim 30 days, 1000 miles. However, they want to schedule you to come in and service the vehicle 2 weeks from now, before they can check out the car and diagnose the vehicle. Then stall the repairs for parts, and PRESTO 30 days has expired. WHAT A SCAM. More
