They were patient because I had things going on making my visit a bit complex. John even took my pictures with my new purchase, AND he helped uninstall my dash cam wires I couldn't get out. Talk about going beyond...cause he didn't have to do that. My ride glides smooth like butter! I only wish there was a bit more detailing under hood ..it was a bit dusty.
