The purchase experience was good, Luis was great with us, nice and clean space and friendly staff. However they did not have the charging cable for our Fiat 500e, then they said they would have it charged a nice and clean space and friendly staff. However they did not have the charging cable for our Fiat 500e, then they said they would have it charged and delivered to us in the evening. However they did not deliver in that day, just delivered 2 days later and with 50% of the charge and still no cable. It took them 2 weeks to get a cable for me, so I could not use my new car for 2 weeks, and if it wasn't me sending messages asking about the charger nobody would provide me with an update. So definitely they can improve communication with customer. But I still recommend them as in comparison with other dealerships they have better prices and offer a better overall experience. More
