Some might say I am picky and indecisive, but Vanessa’s patience made me feel like I was able to weigh every option and make the best decision for me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, but felt supported and encouraged throughout the entire process. Once I finally decided to pull the trigger on my car, Vanessa worked with Bradley, the sales manager, fighting tooth and nail to get my monthly payment down to where I needed it to be.
