Do not trust these people. I got a car from here and went through the worst. From the salesman adding a warranty of 6200 and never asked to the car having major issues within 2 I got a car from here and went through the worst. From the salesman adding a warranty of 6200 and never asked to the car having major issues within 24 hours of buying, to them not disclosing the actual findings on my vehicle when they sent it to the manufacturer. They use a tablet and just scroll to the bottom so you don’t see the warranty added nor will they mention it. Then to them not fixing my car properly within the 30 days and 4x they had it. Only made it worse. They shaved rotors and I found out was unsafe and put the wrong breaks/rotors on my car the second time. They took the vehicle to get looked at after a review I wrote, at a sister company which was a manufacturer and I didn’t trust it since they were not trustworthy to begin with. The manufacturer stated they told echopark of the issues but echopark chose to tell me the car was fine and had a print out say it was. It wasn’t written in the notes echopark handed over to me though. I called the manager and he advised they did tell echopark and echo park chose to not disclose it to me. Sketchy. So I took it to another manufacturer and they found all the issues echopark and their sister company said they didn’t have. I called the place they sent it to and said they told echopark of the issues and they didn’t relay it to me. Instead to cover themselves exhopark chose to tell me everything was “normal”. When I sent them a pic of the actual findings they wrote me an email saying they would no longer help me. Even though they never did and lied and made the problem worse. Now I am paying out of pocket for their incompetence. Even filed a complaint and was sent to the GM who never reached out. I advise if you do purchase and have issues like I did to return within 7 days because their 30 days they say they will fix anything, they do not. They will slap cheap/incorrect parts and you will have worse issues. More

Best experience purchasing a car. Most of the time we all dread buying a car, but the makeit so easy. You deal with the same person from start to finish. Even signing documents. I purchased a vehicle online at this location. I spoke with a rep on the phone and via text for about 30 minutes making sure the sale was ok and she walked me through the online purchase process. She "verified" 3 times for me that the truck was available. I put down my $500 deposit and finalized the online order. The next morning I drove over there to pick up the truck and it was gone. The sales guy was clueless and said this happens all the time. The entire staff was indifferent and couldn't have cared less. 2 weeks later I am still trying to find someone at this company that has half a brain to get me the refund back on a truck they sold out from underneath me. Corporate has no support. All they tell you is that they will forward the issue to the store manager. The store manager will not return phone calls and you cant even get the dealership on the phone to speak to them directly. Do yourself a favor and stay far away! Their customer support is garbage and if you have a problem with anything you are on your own! More
