I was impressed. My daughter and I went in knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted to look at, which she found on-line. Everything was great, service was awesome, my only complaint is my car smelled strongly of Fabuloso when I left the dealership. I drove in thinking I would just see what vehicles they had on the lot and move on to the next dealership…I was surprised by the professionalism and knowledge of the sales staff, and cordial atmosphere. They don’t have to “sell” you if you see the car you want. The staff provides you information which allows you to make an informed decision. Two thumbs up for Echopark. Dominik, the manager sets the tone for the environment and Andy, my salesperson had an awesome, positive attitude. I highly recommend Echopark if you are looking to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle!! More
