I went to this dealership after going to a different place first. The employees there were very nice and helpful. Would be five stars if the following were accomplished: I had sent a copy of license and insurance to expedite paperwork two days in advance but when I showed up they started from scratch wi accomplished: I had sent a copy of license and insurance to expedite paperwork two days in advance but when I showed up they started from scratch with nothing pre-prepared. I had great difficulty getting thru the gate keepers to talk directly to the location that had the car. This caused difficulty in getting specific information on a specific vehicle as I was going to put a non refundable hold of $500. I live 90+ miles and a hour and a half from the location. After the sale I had a simple question that I wanted answered from the location that again I could not get through the gate keepers. I was able to discover the answer by carefully reviewing the paperwork. They could have quickly saved me 25 to 30 minutes. All that said the car was exactly what I thought it would be for the price we discussed. More
