We had gone to several different dealarships in the metroplex and all around Ft. Worth and Arlington, with no luck. I called the 800 number and David Davis answered. He was very professional and his voice was very welcoming. The way someone answers the phone says alot about who they are and who they work for!! David fits the bill. We arrived at the dealership a few minutes later, he came outside and introduced himself, finished up with his previous customers and began working with us.
