My exerience was actually shocking. The process was almost too easy to be true. I started looking for a car on Thursday at work and I drove my car off the lot Friday evening!!! I had put off buying a vehicle for so long dreading the circus at most dealerships. My experience at Driverselect was so easy. Gene was professional and knowledgeable but not pushy or over confident. This has to be the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. The environment is relaxed without being sloppy, which makes you feel very comfortable from the beginning. When we went to leave with the vehicle we purchased, we found a problem with the vehicle. It was a minor issue with the running boards. We showed Gene and he immediately started finding people to see what they could do for us. The Service Manager agreed to fix the problem, a couple of the salesmen that were around said we would never let our customers just accept something like that. I was more than impressed with their customer service. They put it in writing and worked with us on a date to bring the vehicle back for repair. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and they make you feel so welcome. They really do care that your car buying experience is not stressful and that you are happy when you drive off the lot. I will recommend them to everyone I know. This car buying experience was absolutely wonderful. More
