I looked at few cars on the website and filled out credit info. That day Gene called and introduced himself. We briefly discussed what I was looking for and I had a list of cars I would like to see. Gene met me and we discussed what was important to me and we narrow my options down 2 vehicles which I test drove. I wasn't sure if I was going do a trade or put money on a down payment and if I did a down payment.....wasn't sure how much I would have for that. I called Gene several times over the next 4-5 days and had him run #s with several different scenarios. He was extremely nice and very patient w/ my constant changes and got back to me quickly each time. When I was finally ready to sign papers and pick up the car, everything was ready for me. Their process was just like they say it is............no haggle..........no pressure. I told them what I needed and what I had to work with. I picked up my car today and everything smooth and easy. The whole staff was very friendly. Both times I went there (to test drive & to pick up my car) someone came out to greet me before I was even out of the car. Once inside every time someone passed me if I was not w/ my salesman, they asked if I had been helped. VERY FRIENDLY! GREAT SERVICE! It really is as easy and hassle free as they say it is. More

I called the next day and was connected to Mr. Humphrey he retrieved our information and called us every step of the process. He was also able to get us into a different vehicle with lesser miles than the original Durango I had informed about. He walked with us all the way through the process; never did he get frustrated or not stay in contact with us. I highly recommend driver select. When other didn’t and would call Mr. Humphrey did, and we are happy about that. More
