I came to Drivers Select after having a hard time finding financing. At the previous dealership that I worked with, they were not very responsive, unwilling to help, and really gave me zero options for fina financing. At the previous dealership that I worked with, they were not very responsive, unwilling to help, and really gave me zero options for financing because of my “fair” credit score. I didn't even GET to the test-drive. I then looked at Drive Time online. Their inventory was limited to put it lightly. I then logged on to CarMax. They had a 48 billion cars to choose from but the quality of cars was kind of sketchy. Their cars looked not only used, but used up. I then pulled up Drivers Select online. The inventory seemed really good. I was in the market for a BMW and they had 3 options at the time. I then contacted the dealership and the person I first spoke to over the phone was Jeff Jewell. He was warm and receptive. I explained to him that I had recently been the victim of a hit and run not far from the dealership. My car was paid for, and while very old, was in decent shape. The accident left my car totaled. Jeff took my info over the phone and then ran all my info right then and there. I told him what I was looking for in the way of vehicle type and interest rate. And while the interest rate wasn't what I had hoped for, Jeff leveled with me immediately. He very kindly let me know what to expect with the interest rate given my credit score. I have to say that I really appreciated how up front he was about that. He helped me adjust my expectation, and that helped me cope with a not-so-great interest rate situation. In other words, he took the shock factor right out of it by giving it to me straight. Since then, Jeff has kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. If he said he would text...he did. If he said he'd call...he did. He's been up-front. He's never made promises that he can't keep. He never told me what I wanted to hear just to get me out of his face. He's been direct, kind, and genuinely interested in what I have to say. He’s even taken the time to get to know a little about me personally. I've been through a lot emotionally, physically, and financially after the accident. I was thrust into the car-buying experience by someone who thought my life wasn't worth stopping for and doing the right thing. While the financing and money thing has been a huge stress to me, Jeff made the rest of the experience great so far. I have to say that the experience has been very positive and that was mostly Jeff's doing. My "new" car is getting processed for me right now. In just a few more days from now, I'll be in the first car that I've ever owned...that I actually WANTED to drive. That means a lot to me at this point in my life. While I'm not quite at the end of the process...I feel like I'm in great hands with Jeff. I also wanted to mention the rest of the staff there at Drivers Select. Everyone has been EXTREMELY helpful, nice, respectful, and welcoming. From people holding doors open for me...to asking me if I've been helped when I walk in...to getting me something to drink while I wait...they've all been really great. I've been to dealerships where the people who sell the cars are under some sort of impression that the car will sell itself; as if I should be grateful that they even glance in my direction. DS is a whole different thing. I didn't feel pressured. They gave me options. They didn't make me feel like I was trash because my credit score isn't 700+. I will always appreciate that. In fact, barring a complete disaster in service from this point on...when my credit score does improve dramatically one day soon...I will come right back here to find my next car. That's how much I appreciate being treated with respect. Thank you very much! More

Its funny because before I went to the dealership I tried to read all of the reviews & ratings online and in my head I was like "Man you can't believe all this crap, just sounds to good to be true!" This was totally not the case here. Ruben was my Salesman & he was great! Very, very patient with me as I was very indecisive on what I wanted to drive away with. His whole team was very knowledgeable & worked with me to get a great deal. He was never pushy & catered to my specific wants and needs in a car. His whole team (Sam, Yana, & Vance) were great. Dealerships definetly need more guys like you all. Keep up the good work! More
Overall experience with Kevin was good. The fact that there were 2 incidents that caused a little inconvenience is what made me give three stars . Considering the poor salesmanship & treatment from other dealerships, the folks at DS.com weren’t just helpful, they were considerate of my time and very specific needs. I felt at all times (from the selection process to the final transaction) that they were indeed working for me which is a treat in itself these days. My shopping model is a simple one: I need xyz->I determine responsible affordability->I do my due diligence->I find the best suitable vendor->I purchase.
