I would like to first say thank you to my salesperson Ruben Licon as he truly went above and beyond to try and make sure I was as happy and satisfied as possible with my purchase. It began a week earlier Ruben Licon as he truly went above and beyond to try and make sure I was as happy and satisfied as possible with my purchase. It began a week earlier when I was heading out of town on business and Ruben got my approval and terms of the loan within the same day (in fact within 5 hours) of our first initial conversation. He worked with me on the hold payment to remove the car off the lot for half the price and his professionalism, compassion and kindness is something a customer appreciates and should be recognized by Drivers Select. I found the car I have been wanting for long time that is exceeding my expectations so far. I am pleased with my experience. I gave the overall experience a 4 because when the process got down to the additional coverage (bumper to bumper) I felt the homework should have been done to see if I would be able to include that payment into my loan amount beforehand since I spent an extra hour or so haggling why I didn't choose it in the beginning, then when I decide to take it the bank would not include the entire amount, I felt this should have been known ahead of time. Moreover, especially since my original answer was no in the first place however that was not Ruben's area of responsibility, so I do understand, we all have jobs to do. Nonetheless, the experience with Drivers Select was a positive one and the least amount of time I have ever spent buying a car. It was simple, easy, pleasant and fast overall and I got the car of my dreams with no money down all with just a click of a button and a couple of phone calls. Drivers Select you rock, great job to Ruben and Gene for working with me on the terms, it is really appreciated and I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for a car.
