I would have to say this was the BEST car buying experience EVER. I wasn't expecting it to be so EASY & QUICK. I did the application online and wasn't thinking it would be approved since my credit experience EVER. I wasn't expecting it to be so EASY & QUICK. However to my surprise I received a phone call from Ruben wanting to get some more information I answered his questions and that was it. The nexy day I received a call from Sammy Wahezi (finiance) wanting to confirm some more important and go over some numbers. Once again I was SHOCKED to hear the numbers and what the car note would be. I eagerly agreed to the price and paid my deposit so the car would be mine. The same day after work I went over to drivers select to see the car, I test drove the car and it was awesome we came back to the dealership and did the paperwork, and I made my payment and that was the END!! I was so shocked that the process went so smooth and so quick I was only there for an hour. I would most def recommend Drivers Select to everyone. Ruben and Sammy you guys ROCK!!! More

I just drove my new car home and it is all because of Jeff Jewell. He was amazing. I had a car that was a burden. Id bought ita couple of years back from another.dealership. I had to make numerous repairs on that vehicle, and it got to the point where I could not afford the car and the payments. I am the mother of a 3month old baby, and that car was unsafe. It would stop in traffic. So I decided enough was enough, and I had them come pick the.car up. The moment the car was gone I was releaved but I needed a car. Thats when I remembered the commercials for drivers select on the radio. I out my application online, and Jeff called me back. I was honest. I told Jeff my car was repossessed that morning , and that I was desperately in need of s safe and dependable car for my daughter and me. Jeff told me he could help and asked me what car I was looking to buy. I told him what I wanted , but I never thought I would actually be approved for it. I had been told so many times no with my other car and trying to trade it in. I was told its impossible. I was buried in that car, but I always knew where one says no someone else will say yes. I truly believe that God placed Jeff in my path. He worked hard to fond me financing. He didnt have, but he did. I truly felt like I was more then just a sale. I felt like he really wanted to help me. He was very genuine and honest, and I can thank him enough for helping me out of a bad.situation, for giving me a chance. I have dealt with driver select in the past trying to get a car and was not given a chance after I stated a didn't have a co-signer, that was until I came across Chris Pouncy. I went into the driver select dealership and so someone can help me one on one and Chris did just that. The process was very quick and a piece of cake. I found something in my price range and he immediately started working on my case. It took less than an hour before he came back to tell me I was approved for my 2012 Chrysler 200 with very little down. I was very surprised seeing my credit is not at all great. He asked me to exsplain my situation to him and i did... he confidently told me he had a few ideas of how he could help me but he didnt want to promise me... ( i love the honesty) which leads me to how I had came to drivers select. First of all I was in need of a new car. I am a wife, a mother of two very active children, a full time student at a local University a part time student at a local community college, as well as a full time employee. I had been in my previous vehicle for the last 6 years. It was time for a change! I had heard advertisements of how they work with credit. So I checked out the used cars online. I really didn't think we would qualify and if we did, there would be no way I would be able to get the car I really wanted, which happened to be the "2013 chevy cruze" I had seen on the website.. After reading and doing my research I decided to fill out an e-inquiry... Which lead me to Jeff's call. After Jeff and I talked he told me he would see what he could do and call me back shortly. Jeff called back a few hours later and told me some numbers that sounded great. He asked if we could come in that day. My husband and I came in that Friday afternoon (which happened to be Valentine's Day) after picking kids of from school and dropping them off with a sitter. From Fort Worth to Dallas we drove, I was very nervous and excited. "So ready to be in a new car" Jeff talked with me on my way there to ensure me he was waiting on me and not to worry drive safe. "I knew it was Friday and valentines day so I was worried" When we arrived we met Jeff in person... He was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. throughout the whole process he was very honest and upfront. He showed us the car... "The Chevy Cruze" "Which was even more DAZZLING in person", We went for a test drive, which was awesome. The car drove excellent! When we got back to the dealership, ( which also had a very friendly, quiet, family like feel) Jeff ran the paper work very quickly to my surprise! Then told us the numbers... which were also shockingly great! I told my best friend this experience feels like a dream...pinch me please! She did... and I was clearly awake! We came to an agreement and signed. My husband, best friend and I waited down in the car, "admiring IT" while Jeff got the speedy wrap up process underway! Before you knew it I was OUT The door! Overall my experience at Driver Select in Dallas, TX was great! And I would like to especially thank Jeff Jewell. Thank you Jeff, you really made our Valentines Day something to remember!
