Good Experiance From the first initial visit they where good to work with. So we left and first thing the next morning I got a call said they had been working on it and they got my interest rate down to where I was needing it to be. I was doing a lot of price comparing and found that the truck that I drove away in was the best deal that I could find around. Even another dealership told me that they wouldnt let that deal pass them up. Overall It was a good experience and my sales person Jeff Jewell fought hard for me I know I wasn't the easiest customer since I have been in and around a car dealership all my life. More

Just inquired about a Second Vehicle I was curious about if I could get a second vehicle and keep the one I had so I went online after hours and submitted my application. Good car and good seler I bought a Ford Focus 2014 Hatchback and I'm happy with the car but I'm disappointed because of a small thing. When I see the car at the first time I figured out the lack of the truck's cover. I complained and the seller told me that he would get a new one to put on the place. But a few weeks after I bought the car, he apologized because he couldn't get the item approved because his supervisor told that the truck's cover is not a standard item of this car. I disagree because I have another similar models and all of them came with this item from the factory. Because a small detail they got me disappointed. I guess it's not a fault of the seller. This occurs is because the dealership's owner thinks only about the profit. Even so, the seller (Jay Cooper) and the financial team (Yana Rubin) are nice people! More

I was so pleased with the way she treated me!! keep her around shes very warm and nice...i was so happy with my purchase i even gave her a hug!! easy process for a young person like me!!! More
