The service was fast, easy and I actually received a vehicle I wanted and that I can see myself paying off in the future. Jeff Jewell - Will do it again When I initially started the car buying process I was dreading it. I abhor dealing with car salesmen and dealerships. I looked around for several wee When I initially started the car buying process I was dreading it. I abhor dealing with car salesmen and dealerships. I looked around for several weeks and came across a 2010 Audi at Driver Select that I really liked... So with hesitation I submitted an online request. To my surprise everything from that point on went very smoothly, though I still questioned what the catch was until the very end. Jeff contacted me via email and made a point to call out that he once we talked via phone to get some information communication via text and email was an option and certainly one I completely appreciate as I'm on calls almost all day long. Jeff was up front and honest the entire buying process. We spoke daily and within a day or two he told me he had me approved for the Audi and we again spoke via phone to go over the details. I continued to question him and ask if that was really "IT"? I expected this buying experience to be just like the others and the salesmen get you into the dealership simply to tell you things had changed and you'd have to spend several hours waiting. I will admit, I was wrong. Jeff made the process so easy, we did everything remote and he was on point with everything he told me. When I got to the dealership, everything was exactly as he laid out over the phone. The paperwork was ready and I simply had to review and sign.. and of course drive the car and make sure it's what I really wanted. Jeff was very friendly, responded quickly via whatever method worked for me and NEVER once told me anything that was untrue. I appreciate this more than anything. I will absolutely go to Drivers Select for my next vehicle. By the way if you think it's like any of the others.. where they have low quality vehicles at high prices.. you're mistaken and should check them out! They are awesome! I look forward to my next buying experience More

After I sent him the appropriate paperwork, he was ready for me to come in early the next afternoon & I got a lesser down payment than I thought I would & they were able to get my loan down to 60 months & stayed within my payment parameters.
