One thing I am not pleased about was being forced to put down a deposit. At 6PM on Saturday we were told, by someone in finance, that they could not complete the process that evening. Instead we would need to return Monday. Fair enough, but instead of holding the car for us until they could complete their process, as I requested, they required a $500 deposit. Mind you, they would close in two hours and not reopen until Monday. This seemed a bit of gamesmanship I could surely have done without, and I resent it. This was not Jay Cooper's decision and I do not hold him responsible. More

Awesome service I bought my car on the 23rd of September, and this was my first time buying a car. John was my salesman and he did everything he could to get me the c I bought my car on the 23rd of September, and this was my first time buying a car. John was my salesman and he did everything he could to get me the car I wanted. It was rough due to having little credit but he worked hard to get me the car and getting me a low interest rate. So thanks to him and the driver select team I was able to drive off the lot happy and proud of myself making the right descion to come and bug from driver select. More

Good Experiance From the first initial visit they where good to work with. I did not like the interest rate that was originally given but it was late at night and the From the first initial visit they where good to work with. I did not like the interest rate that was originally given but it was late at night and there wasnt much more they could do. So we left and first thing the next morning I got a call said they had been working on it and they got my interest rate down to where I was needing it to be. I was doing a lot of price comparing and found that the truck that I drove away in was the best deal that I could find around. Even another dealership told me that they wouldnt let that deal pass them up. Overall It was a good experience and my sales person Jeff Jewell fought hard for me I know I wasn't the easiest customer since I have been in and around a car dealership all my life. More
