I never felt pressured to buy something that I did not want. He was able to answer all of my questions, whether about financing options or the car itself. I did not think I would finance through the dealer after the research I had done, but he was able to get me a much lower interest rate than I had been quoted at a local credit union, without adding anything onto the purchase other than the car itself. This was the first dealer I went to, and I did not feel the need to go elsewhere. He made sure that I knew what all of my options were. He even delivered the car to my work the next day (I was not able to drive it off of the lot due to insurance complications on my own end). Jeff was professional, polite, knowledgeable, patient - all around good salesman without really seeming like the "typical" pushy salesman you want to avoid. More

I wondered from the get go whether or not what I've read about them was accurate, and it is. They really do have everything done up front. I was unsure which car I for sure wanted so I told Larry the one I thought I was most likely to chose and they gave me all of my terms over the phone. When we arrived, Larry was very patient with my uncertainty on which vehicle I wanted, offered pros and cons to each one I was considering, and in the end I chose the original car and my terms, when it was time to sign the paperwork, were completely the same as discussed on the phone. I was blown away at Larry's customer service and knowledge. If I would've known for sure which vehicle I wanted, I literally could've been in and out in an hour MAX! GREAT and highly recommend!!
