great experience I was in here on Saturday looking at cars and came back on Sunday to buy one. Similar to CarMax but better...CarMax has gotten too big and corporate with a lot of salesman that don't know anything...this place has more of a start-up feel though I think they've been around for a while. Normally hate hanging around dealerships but really didn't mind at all at driversselect. Very open and airy dealership and they get things done pretty quick. Worked with Mike M. and thought he was great...he made everything easy, no sales pressure, just the straight scoop. Super knowledgeable guy was able to answer financing, appraisal, and mechanical questions himself didn't to keep running off to ask someone. Overall got a very good price and the experience could not have been better so highly recommend the place. I imagine it's a great experience no matter who you work with but wouldn't hurt asking for Mike M. (I think Marrero is his last name). More

At his suggestion, he showed me a vehicle that was not on my radar, and I'm glad he did. I walked away with a vehicle with ALL the bells and whistles, paid less than what I originally planned to spend, and got a cheaper interest rate with this vehicle. There was no pressure sales involved and Jeff was highly knowledgeable about every car he showed me. I would definitely refer any friend or family member to Driver Select and specifically to Jeff. I was basically trying to buy the car over the phone because this amazing deal popped Christie was so helpful and attentive during the whole process. I ran by the look at it the night before I left and would have purchased it right then but I using an outside financer and had to get that in order first. The price was significantly less than any other car of its kind AND had less mileage. Christie was an amazing help and I DEFINITELY recommend her and this dealership. I won't go to any other dealership after this. Their profit margins are very low on each car so I know I was not being ripped off. My first time at the dealership was a few months ago and they had explained to me that their business model includes selling cars at prices just above what they bought them for (hence the low profit margin) to be a cost leader in the area. Therefore, they will make less than most other dealerships per car but sell them more quickly due to their lower prices. That, in turn, should lead to more sales than their competitors. However, that does mean the cars move quickly so if you see a car you like on their lot, then you need to move forward as soon as you can. They made this process SO easy; I'm very thankful to Christie. I can't say enough good things about them. More

Car buying the way it should be I've had my share of bad experiences in the past... some with very shady dealers that are prominent and well known...that type of experience has delay I've had my share of bad experiences in the past... some with very shady dealers that are prominent and well known...that type of experience has delayed my buying a new car until recently. While looking for a premium used car, I came upon Driversselect. They have a very nice inventory of slightly used cars with pricing that is usually the most competitive from what I saw. I contacted Jay about a variety of cars while I was still "sitting on the fence" as to what I actually wanted... I changed car makes at least 8x while trying to find the one. Their approach is very non hostile... super helpful and responsive when you need it. Jay was great to work with and easy... in fact the whole process is simplified by handling many administrative items over the phone so you can come to the dealership and finalize things within an hour. I also appreciated Jay's patience while I made my mind up... it meant enough to me to wait until they got the car I wanted... and they eventually did. For anyone looking for a as good as new used car for a more then competitive price along with a no hassle sales approach, I would highly recommend coming here before hitting the traditional car dealer network. More

Great experience buying first car Jeff made my first car-buying experience simple and stress-free. I never felt like he was trying to push anything on me. I never felt pressured to buy something that I did not want. He was able to answer all of my questions, whether about financing options or the car itself. I did not think I would finance through the dealer after the research I had done, but he was able to get me a much lower interest rate than I had been quoted at a local credit union, without adding anything onto the purchase other than the car itself. This was the first dealer I went to, and I did not feel the need to go elsewhere. He made sure that I knew what all of my options were. He even delivered the car to my work the next day (I was not able to drive it off of the lot due to insurance complications on my own end). Jeff was professional, polite, knowledgeable, patient - all around good salesman without really seeming like the "typical" pushy salesman you want to avoid. More
