"Painless" I spoke with Jeff on a Friday mid-afternoon, and drove off in my new vehicle Saturday evening! I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle again bec I spoke with Jeff on a Friday mid-afternoon, and drove off in my new vehicle Saturday evening! I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle again because my credit isn't perfect, but Jeff worked so diligently with me, and together we worked to get me in an affordable, safe, and reliable vehicle. This car buying process was extremely hassle free which I like. All the details were hashed out prior to me arriving at the dealership. Josh Lopez- from the Finance dept. dropped in and introduced himself. Everyone was really nice. Honestly, this was the least stressful car purchase to date! Most of the process was done before I arrived. Once I got to the dealership, the car I was looking at had been pulled around and was ready for me to test drive. I was pleased with the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase. I think I was at Drivers Select for only 2 and a half hours max. The lady that went over the paperwork was friendly, but I wished she would've taken time to thoroughly go over all the documents I was signing. She was pointing out, where to sign, but very hurriedly explained what document was what. To be fair, when I stopped and asked questions, she answered, it just would've been nice if she could've slowed down a bit to provide a summary of what each document said and mentioned the "need to know" info. This is the only step I would say take your time with...know what you are signing and ask questions- just for your own protection. Other than that, everything was great. After signing the paperwork, I was on my way! Lilia provided bags for me to put my things from my trade in. It was super painless. I have some people I am going to refer to Drivers Select ...THIS is what buying a car should be like! More

I live in another state and hired an independent inspection service to evaluate and test drive the vehicle before I agreed to purchase it. Antwon had the vehicle ready for them to inspect and let me know when they were done. He also provided the inspection report from driversselect, so I had both reports to review before agreeing to purchase. When I arrived in Dallas, Antwon picked me up at my hotel and drove me to the dealership. The vehicle was exactly as described, the paperwork was ready, and everything was in order. I was in a out in less than an hour and a half. I have never had a more pleasant and efficient vehicle purchasing experience and would highly recommend driversselect to anyone interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.
