Went to traditional dealership a couple days later, just to see, and spent about 3 hours discussing options and dealing with a "tag team" effect between sales rep and finance mgr. I left there confirmed that I needed to follow up with Mike at Driverselect. From there everything fell into place. When I got to dealership was in and out within an hour, including test drive and all the paperwork. More

Very good experience buying my 2014 Buick LaCrosse I bought a 2014 Buick LaCrosse this weekend. Took about 2 hours in the dealership as I wanted to test 2-3 different cars. Christie Rogers was very pat I bought a 2014 Buick LaCrosse this weekend. Took about 2 hours in the dealership as I wanted to test 2-3 different cars. Christie Rogers was very patient and never made me feel rushed, despite the place being extremely busy and the fact I was sure I was not purchasing that day. They gave me a quote on my current car and then I went to CarMax to get a competing quote. Came back identical after the tax burden so I went on Monday to do the paperwork, which took about one hour. All in all a very good experience. Four stars, not five, cause I need to take it in tomorrow to figure out something about the driver's car seat...it may not be functioning right, or I have a user error problem! But the customer care people (Wes in particular) has been very helpful and I'm sure it will get resolved quickly. More

I like to take my time when looking for a vehicle, after all I'm the one that will be driving/paying on it. Driverselect was a whole different experience! No pressure at all! I was given plenty of time to decide on the car I wanted to buy. John shaffer my sales guy was wonderful! He was very patient and very honest throughout the whole process. Everyone there was great. Driversselect had just received the car and was in the process of detailing and needed to put new tires on the car. I was wanting to test drive the car, so John arranged to have the new tires put on the car that night and I was at the dealership to test drive at 7:20pm! The car was super clean, John answered all my questions and had the "car facts" ready for my review. After contacting my credit union the next morning, I owned the car! I did my research before arriving at the dealership and the car was priced below the national average for the year, model and mileage! I love the car and couldn't have asked for a better buying experience! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Driversselect. More
