There is no pressure from the sales staff and are extremely helpful in finding a car with the options you want. Go to their website to pick one or more (I chose 6) to schedule a test drive. The cars you see online are what you will drive, however, keep in mind that they do sell quickly so their inventory is constantly changing. All of the staff were helpful and courteous but you'd do well to ask for Marla (my personal favorite). More

From there set up an appointment, went in and test drove the vehicle (without the seller riding along giving that same old sales pitch) while trade-in was being appraised. Once we returned to the dealership and moved forward with the deal, the finance rep was brought in with the sales paperwork -- which by the way was EXACTLY what had been previously agreed to (no bait and switch). Total time spent in the dealership ON A SATURDAY MORNING was 1 hr 15 min. Hands down the best buying experience ever.
