Jay called me as soon as the dealership opened and we started my paperwork over the phone because I explained that I didn't have the time to come to the dealership and wait. I showed up at the dealership and test drove the vehicle that I was interested in. Once I had decided, he had all of my paperwork ready and I was in and out with no problems. Excellent experience! Out of town buyer I live in St Louis and was looking for a 2014 Ford Fusion. The dealers here wanted a lot of money and hassle in negotiation. On an internet search I ran across Driversselect. There selection and prices on all their vehicles looked too good to be true. I did all the research I could on them and found excellent ratings across the board. They had a couple Fusions in the color I was looking for. I called on a Thursday morning and spoke to Gene. I told him I was interested in a couple cars. He explained a few things about the dealership and himself. Although their website lists a ton of pictures on each vehicle along with a free carfax, I asked him to give an honest opinion of the condition of both cars. I told him any signs or smells of cigarette smoke would be a deal killer. Before long he sent me additional pictures of both vehicles. Both were extremely clean inside and out. He did say that there was a very slight odor in the more expensive one with more options. I really appreciated his honesty, he could have easily recommended the more expensive one. By the end of the day everything was set. We had a few text messages back and forth, Gene responded immediately to all of them. I flew down to Dallas on Saturday morning, spent an hour at the dealership and was on my way back home later that morning. The car was exactly as Gene described it. Their cars are low mileage so they still carry the balance of the manufacturers warranties. It drives and looks like a new car except thousands of dollars less expensive. I wish more dealers were no haggle, just list your best price. Even with the expense of flying down I saved hundreds of dollars over any deal locally not to mention time saved by running around locally and negotiating on cars. I would definitely go down again when I need another car! More

She took my info over the phone and in less than 15 min she called me back with the approval info and asked when could I get the car. I got to the delearship and was out of there in less than one hour with the car 👍🏾 and happy daughter 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. How is that possible? The car buying process isnt what it used to be many years ago where one has to sit in the dealership for hours and hours on end. I submitted an application Friday morning, My Pelky contacted me about an hour or so later to inquire about my needs and what my current economic situation was like and worked it out from there. He found a lender to work with me by that afternoon and a car that just so happened to be my favorite color so i knew it was meant to be at that moment. I came in the next morning and drove away in a much more reliable car than i previously owned. He was as transparent as one can be which isnt a given usually when purchasing something as huge as a car. I would surely recommend this dealership and Larry to anyone as the environment itself was warm and welcoming. It appeared as though everyone actually enjoyed the environment they were in. More

My wife purchased a Jeep from Jeff this past April, and when my car was on it's last leg I knew where we were headed based on the great service (and deal!) she had gotten from Driver's Select and Jeff. I went in looking at a KIA or a Hyundai based on past performance, but the deal he quoted me on the 2015 Toyota Corolla was tough to beat. The payment was very reasonable and the features beat that of the KIA and Hyundai. Bottom line: I listened to Jeff and it paid off. You should do the same!!! More

She is AWESOME as is driverselect!! Also, as a first time car-buyer, I was nervous as I had initially looked at another vehicle at a different dealership and was pressured and haggled by the car salesman to get a vehicle that was not in my price range and also was not 100% what I was looking for HOWEVER at driverselect, my experience was 100% different. I initially spoke with Lilia and explained to her my situation and what I was looking for and throughout the entire process I was never pressured into anything & felt that she truly wanted me to find the right vehicle that was 100% right for me, which I did very easily. Once I arrived to driverselect after a 5hr drive from my hometown, I was impressed with the entire driverselect team as we were offered refreshments & Lilia was notified I had arrived while we were seated in a semi-private office area where the paperwork would be completed. After less than 45 minutes, the entire car-buying process was complete & i was on my way in my new vehicle which had just been wash and had a full tank of gas!!! Overall, my experience with Lilia, Robin & the entire driverselect team was phenomenal and I will be recommending them to anyone who is beginning their car-buying process!!! More

They had several of the model I was looking for, it was easy to take a test drive, and there was no pressure or haggling with closing the deal. Because they sell such a variety of models, Barry wasn't necessarily an expert on my vehicle, and he did not pretend to be. He did work to answer or get answers for all of my questions. The dealership currently has their inventory spread across multiple lots and it took a little longer to get in-and-out of the dealership than I wanted, but still a night-and-day experience to the standard sales dealerships. I would definitely go back. More
