I had seen a car online while browsing the inventory and decided to go in for a test drive. I was greeted by Joshua Lopez whom by the way gave excellent customer service from start to finish. I was a little hesitant of handling the transaction by myself (without a male present) but Joshua assured me that he would not try to take advantage of me with any hidden agendas and he was straight forward from start to finish. With Joshua's expertise in finance, he was able to find me the best rates and terms. Within less than 3 hours, he was handing me the keys. Pedro ask pertinent questions about what I wanted and needed in my car. He guided me through the purchase as painlessly as possible. Randon was our contact there and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. With driversselect, you can view the available cars online before you even visit so that you have an idea of what you want to test drive. After our first visit, we hadn't made a decision so we went home and looked at a few more cars online, texted the ID numbers to Randon and he had them ready for us the next time we came in. We ended up making a great decision. It was such an easy transaction and we got amazing customer service. We will purchase all of our vehicles from driversselect in the future! More

Purchase made easy with no hassles Found our car through our finance company and got in contact with David. We explained to him that we were traveling from LA and was interested in an A Found our car through our finance company and got in contact with David. We explained to him that we were traveling from LA and was interested in an Altima. The whole experience was wonderful. We walked into DriverSelect without a wait. We were offered water and they even gave my daughter a couple of fruit snacks. The car was already pulled when we arrived ready to test drive. The car was exactly as described and listed on the website. David and the other gentleman that was assisting him were very pleasant and professional. I especially liked that neither of them were pushy salesman just trying to make sale. There was a slight wait when we presented our blank check as it had to go through finance but David periodically checked on us to update us. A few days after the purchase of the vehicle I realized the car was missing the SD card. I contacted David about it and he overnighted the SD card to me. That's customer service and going the extra mile. I appreciate that greatly because it shows his commitment to the customer even after the purchase had made. This place has nice cars reasonably priced and a wonderful staff. More
